Questions & answers

A closer look at how I approach design, leadership, outcomes, and collaboration.

1. How do you define your design process?

My design process is structured and collaborative, with a focus on solving problems effectively. I begin with discovery, where I analyze the market, business goals, and user needs. I then move into ideation and prototyping, gathering continuous feedback from stakeholders. The final stage is execution and optimization, where we refine the product using data and usage metrics to ensure it creates real impact for both users and the business.

2. How do you lead a team to ensure high-quality project delivery?

My leadership approach is built on empowerment and clarity. I set clear expectations and guide the team through the strategic planning of each project. I support every designer while encouraging creativity and continuous development. As Head of Design, I also maintain close communication with other teams to ensure design stays aligned with business goals and user needs.

3. How do you measure the success of your design solutions?

The success of a design solution is measured through specific metrics such as user engagement, conversion rate, and qualitative feedback. For each project, I define clear KPIs with the team and stakeholders to assess whether the design is driving the expected outcomes. We review these metrics regularly and make adjustments when needed, keeping the product aligned with business goals.

4. Which tools and methodologies do you use for design and collaboration?

The main tools I use include Figma for collaborative design, Miro for brainstorming and visual planning, and Jira for project management and team progress. For feedback and usability analysis, I use Hotjar and Google Analytics. Combined with methods such as Design Thinking and Lean UX, these tools help me create an efficient, outcome-focused workflow.

My approach is direct: I provide focused, personalized commitment that raises the quality of your products.
